WARRANTY

Each of our products/items (excluding and liquids and/or edible items), you (the consumer) have a 12-month warranty period from the date of purchase. Under the Australian consumer law, Chill Brew will repair, replace or refund (wholly/partially) items that arrive damaged or arrive faulty. Proof of purchase is required. Please note, warranty is void if the product shows signs of wear and tear and/or has been incorrectly cleaned/used or cared for.

To make a claim under the 12-month warranty, you must contact Chill Brew in writing to either admin@chillbrew.net or on our contact page on our website: http://www.chillbrew.net, and with a order number in the subject, provide a proof of purchase and sufficient photographic and/or video graphic evidence of fault to enable us to identify the issue. Please note that suction or leaking defects require video evidence. We may request that you return the products to us for an in-house assessment or request further information.
