RETURN POLICY

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund or store credit. Please see below information on our return policy.

 

RETURNS

All returns must be postmarked within seven (7) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

We do have a fourteen (14) day peace of mind policy in place for unwanted product/s, however the product/s must be unused and in new condition with all extra items, including chargers etc.

 

RETURN PROCESS

To return a product, place the item securely in its original packaging, and mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.

You are responsible until the item has been delivered and inspected by Chill Brew.

 

REFUNDS

 After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return to your original payment method. Please allow fourteen (14) days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

Please note, we will issue your refund to your original payment method, however in return we can offer a store credit and/or exchange of product when directed.

 

EXCEPTIONS  

 The following items cannot be returned:

  • We do not accept damaged goods that are not covered by warranty, unless item was damaged or faulty on arrival (Warranty items are excluded).

  • We do not accept returns for opened liquids/food items

  • Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned, unless damaged or faulty upon arrival.

  • Proof of purchase must be provided upon request of return/warranty

 

FAULTY ITEMS

For issues with product, contact us within seven (7) days of delivery with a photo and/or video, order number and proof of purchase.

Chill Brew has the right to refuse a refund if the item doesn't meet return criteria
